Spinach Balls

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce, thawed, drained and squeezed dry (2 packages, 10-ounce each)
  Herb stuffing mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, grated
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 1/2 sticks, room temperature)
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Roll into walnut-size balls.
Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Spinach balls can be partially baked for 10 minutes, cooled and frozen.
Reheat thawed balls in 350°F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving hot.
