Mixed Cheese Ball For Garnish

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Soft cheese 3 Ounce
  Sherry/Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced water cress 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place the cheese in a bowl, add sherry, 1 teaspoon at a time, and blend till smoothly mixed. Add the pepper.
2. Form into 12 to 16 small balls and roll them in the water cress.
3. Use as a garnish for any vegetable salad or cold meat platter.
