Cheesy Christmas Tree

2kidscooking's picture
Christmas Tree Cheese Ball recipe is especially for Christmas. Nothing says Christmas like a cheese ball right? And, if the cheese ball can be shaped like a Christmas tree, well that’s a holiday! In this episode Alex and Sophie share our very own Christmas tree cheese ball recipe and we hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened
  Green onions 4 , chopped
Colby jack cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayo 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Crushed guacamole corn chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. First prep all of your ingredients (chop the green onions, grate the cheese, etc.).
2. For the olives, measure them whole and then chop them.
3. Then, dump everything except the chips in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well blended.
4. Then make it into a ball in the bowl and chill it in the fridge for at least an hour. Once it’s firmed up a bit, shape it in to a cone and then role it in the crushed corn chips. Then, if you want, decorate it with whole olives by sticking them in with tooth picks. 5. Keep it chilled until you serve it…if you an wait, I think we ate 1/2 of it immediately upon completion.
