|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner’s sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Bourbon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Break 6 vanilla wafers into blender; blend to make fine crumbs.
Transfer to bowl.
Put nuts in blender; blend till chopped.
Add to crumbs.
Combine confectioners' sugar and cocoa with crumbs.
Stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
If necessary, add about 1 1/4 teaspoons of water so that mixture will shape.
Form into 3/4-inch balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Store in tightly covered container.
