Pineapple And Cheese Balls

Savory cheese balls are a wonderful appetizer. It goes very well with chips and biscuits, preserved strawberries, bacons etc. You can make this and reserve in your refrigerator for about a week and use when want. There are many recipes to make the cheese balls, Chef David Bishop presents you one of them.
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce)
  Red onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Drained crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sharp shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix cream cheese, onion, pineapple and cheddar cheese until incorporated.
2. Place the mixture on a plastic wrap and refrigearte it for 15 minutes.
3. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans.
4. Place it on plactic wrap and refrigerate it until served.
