Easy Nut Balls
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Walnuts or almonds||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
In large bowl cream butter, powdered sugar and salt together.
Blend in flour 1/3 at a time.
Stir in nuts.
Shape into 1-in balls and place in rows, 2-in apart on wax paper covered cardboard sheet or microwave-safe plastic baking tray.
Microwave at Medium High (7) 3 to 4 Minutes.
Remove cookies from oven on wax paper and sprinkle tops with additional powdered sugar.
