|Low fat cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed|
|Dry curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Mix cheeses and seasonings in blender until smooth. Depending on the size of your blender you may need to blend one-half at a time.
2. Shape into small balls and roll in parsley.
