Broadway Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
  Chocolate chips 6 Ounce (semisweet)
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Bourbon 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla wafers 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), finley crushed
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate 1 Tablespoon, ground
Directions

In double boiler, melt chocolate with corn syrup and bourbon over 1-inch simmering water.
Stir in wafers, nuts and powdered sugar.
Shape into balls, using one tablespoon each.
Roll balls in mixture of sugar and Ground Chocolate.
Age overnight.
Store in tightly covered can.
Keeps several weeks.
