Broadway Bourbon Balls
|Chocolate chips||6 Ounce (semisweet)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Bourbon||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla wafers||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), finley crushed|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chocolate||1 Tablespoon, ground|
In double boiler, melt chocolate with corn syrup and bourbon over 1-inch simmering water.
Stir in wafers, nuts and powdered sugar.
Shape into balls, using one tablespoon each.
Roll balls in mixture of sugar and Ground Chocolate.
Store in tightly covered can.
Keeps several weeks.
