Choco Bourbon Balls
|Slice 'n bake natural chocolate flavored double chocolate cookies||16 Ounce, refrigerated|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Powdered sugar||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Bring cookie dough to room temperature.
Crumble dough into large mixing bowl.
Add crumbs, nuts and bourbon; mix well.
Form dough into 3/4-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until set (DO NOT OVERBAKE).
Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
