Spinach Balls

Ingredients
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Herb-seasoned stuffing mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

With a fork, punch holes in spinach box and place on a paper plate.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain well.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Add drained spinach.
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Arrange 10 balls at a time on a paper plate or serving platter suitable for microwaving.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes.
