Cottage Cheese Balls

|Cottage cheese||225 Gram, mashed well|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Teaspoon|
1. Mix mashed cottage cheese with onion, salt, pepper, garam masala and coriander.
2. Shape into small balls. Dip in beaten egg and roll lightly in crumbs.
3. Heat oil, fry them a few at a time until golden brown.
4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
