Patterson's Cheese Balls
|Cheese||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)|
|Canned pimentos||4 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Red pepper||To Taste|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon (As Required)|
|Ground peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Grind cheese and pimientos together in meat grinder; add a little Worcestershire sauce and red pepper.
Soften with enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together.
Form into small balls.
Roll each in ground peanuts and put in icebox to harden.
