Blue Cheese Balls
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, cream blue cheese and butter.
Beat in flour, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in almonds; flatten slightly.
Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 12 minutes in preheated oven until lightly browned.
