Appetizer Cheese Ball
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Process cheese spread||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (Package)|
|Onion||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Let cheeses soften at room temperature and blend together thoroughly with onion, monosodium glutamate, and Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in celery leaves, 1/4 cup pecans and parsley.
Chill until beginning to get firm, then shape into a ball.
