Appetizer Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Process cheese spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (Package)
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Let cheeses soften at room temperature and blend together thoroughly with onion, monosodium glutamate, and Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in celery leaves, 1/4 cup pecans and parsley.
Chill until beginning to get firm, then shape into a ball.
