|Finely crushed vanilla wafers||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsalted dry roasted chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Cocoa||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar.
Stir to mix well.
Form into small balls.
Roll each in confectioners' sugar and store in an airtight container for about 1 week to ripen.
