Cheddar Cheese Balls
|Plain flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Mix the flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the egg white until firm.
Fold the flour and cheese mixture into the beaten egg white.
Shape this mixture into little balls and drop into very hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, then serve immediately.
