Appetizer Spinach Balls

Ingredients
  Stuffing mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Pepperidge Farms)
  Chopped spinach 20 Ounce, cooked, drained (Two 10 Ounce Package)
  Egg beaters 4 (1 Carton)
  Liquid butter buds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Alpine lace fat free parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lite salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour.
Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet.
Store frozen balls in a plastic bag.
Bake 15 minutes at 325°F, or 30 minutes if frozen.
