Country Cheese Ball

|Condensed bean with bacon soup||1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||750 Milliliter (3 Cups)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||125 Milliliter|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Chopped parsley/Watercress||1 Tablespoon|
At low speed of electric mixer, beat soup, cheeses, pepper and garlic until smooth; chill.
Shape into ball; roll in parsley; serve with crackers.
