|Dry roasted peanuts||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Sliced dried beef||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Onion||1 Medium, quartered|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Bottled horseradish sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Hot pepper sauce||3 Drop|
Put peanuts into "Mini-Blend" container and process 3 cycles at GRIND to coarsely chop nuts; set aside.
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc and large mixer bowl.
Grind beef and onion.
Add remaining ingredients except nuts and mix at LOW until blended.
Shape mixture into a ball and roll in nuts to coat.
Put onto serving plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Chill for 4 hours
