Ingredients
  Dry roasted peanuts 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Sliced dried beef 5 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Onion 1 Medium, quartered
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)
  Bottled horseradish sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Drop
Directions

Put peanuts into "Mini-Blend" container and process 3 cycles at GRIND to coarsely chop nuts; set aside.
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc and large mixer bowl.
Grind beef and onion.
Assemble Mixer.
Add remaining ingredients except nuts and mix at LOW until blended.
Shape mixture into a ball and roll in nuts to coat.
Put onto serving plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Chill for 4 hours
