|Cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded|
|Walnuts/Fresh parsley, snipped||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Assorted crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place butter in 1-cup glass measure.
Microwave at high (10) 15 to 20 seconds until butter softens.
Place cream cheese in 2-quart glass mixing bowl.
Microwave at medium (5) 45 seconds to 1 minute until cream cheese softens.
Blend in softened butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and Cheddar cheese.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Shape into ball.
Roll in nuts or parsley to coat.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
