Chili Cheese Ball
|Cheddar cheese||8 Ounce, cubed (227 Gram)|
|Blue cheese/Roquefort cheese||2 Ounce (57 Gram)|
|Pasteurized process sharp cheddar cheese spread||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chili powder/Paprika||1 Teaspoon|
|Assorted crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Alternately grind Cheddar and blue cheese into small mixer bowl.
Add cheese spread, cream cheese, and garlic to bowl with ground cheese.
Mix at MEDIUM-LOW until well mixed.
Form into one or two balls, wrap in waxed paper, and chill until easy to handle.
Roll cheese ball in chili powder to coat.
Accompany with assorted crackers.
