Warm, eggy, puffy Spinach Balls - my favorite! Make 75.
Frozen chopped spinach
20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages,10 Ounces Each)
1 Large, minced with food processor
Grated parmesan cheese
1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Finely chopped walnuts
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (With Food Processor)
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 Cup (32 tbs)
12 Tablespoon, melted (1 1/2 Sticks)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Squeeze spinach by hand to remove excess water. Please in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
Form into 1" balls and place 1/2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
