Smoky Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce (2 Packages)|
|Shredded smoky cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped toasted almonds/Pecans||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1 Bring cream cheese, smoky cheddar cheese, and margarine or butter to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, margarine or butter, milk, and steak sauce.
2 Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until slightly chilled. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in almonds or pecans to coat, patting nuts onto ball to secure
