Chippy Cheese Ball
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Roquefort cheese||1⁄4 Pound, crumbled|
|Cream cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crushed potato chips||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Lay's Sour Cream And Onion Flavor)|
Have cheeses at room temperature.
Blend well with mixer or pastry blender.
Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Potato Chips.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered.
