Sesame Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried beef 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted (Stone-Buhr)
Directions

Blend cheeses with dried beef and cayenne pepper.
Shape into 20 small balls.
Chill.
Roll in sesame seeds.
