Party Cheese Ball
|Philadelphia cream cheese||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Packages)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Packages Cracker Barrel)|
|Chopped pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended.
Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts.
Serve with crackers.
During the party season, leftover cheese ball can be reshaped and refrigerated until the next event.
Will keep up to one week.
