Vanilla Pecan Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
  Vanilla wafers 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Cocoa 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White corn syrup 3 Tablespoon
  Bourbon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 2 Tablespoon (For Coating)
Directions

Combine the crushed wafers, confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and pecans in a mixing bowl.
Add the corn syrup and bourbon; blend well.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Then roll in confectioners' sugar to coat.
Place on waxed paper and allow to dry for several hours.
Store in an airtight container for several days before serving.
The flavor improves with aging.
