Holiday Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 package)|
|Cheddar cheese||12 Ounce, shredded|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Nuts/Parsley flakes||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped|
In medium glass bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, flour, wine, onion, garlic and Worcestershire.
Cook at WARM 5 minutes.
With electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Shape into ball and roll in nuts; chill.
Cook at WARM 3 minutes, or until spreadable
