Potato Balls! For those like me, who love potatoes in any form, this dish is heaven!! An amazingly simple preparation, the Potato Balls is definitely something you will get hooked to in no time.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  White bread slice 2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Pare and cook potatoes.
Mash while hot.
Let cool.
Cut bread into small cubes and toast in butter, melted in skillet, until golden brown.
When potatoes are cool, blend in egg, flour, and salt to taste.
Form potato mixture into 8 to 10 balls, placing three cubes of toasted bread in the center of each ball.
Gently place the balls in boiling salted water and simmer 10 to 15 min.
