|Parmesan cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)|
Beat egg white until stiff.
To 1/3 of stiffly beaten egg white add 1 cup cheese and beat.
Add remaining egg white and cheese alternately, beating constantly until thoroughly mixed.
Shape into balls the size of small marbles and fry in hot deep fat (365 degrees) until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve warm.
