Salmon Cheese Ball

Salmon Cheese Ball is simply yummy. Salmon Cheese Ball gets its softness and taste from salmon mixed with cheese, flavored with lemon juice and rolled in parsley.
|Canned red salmon||7 3⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 can)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid smoke||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients except the chopped parsley; chill.
Shape mixture into a 4 inch ball, and roll in parsley.
