I am going to do a very simple toasted bagel with cream cheese and chive dressing, roasted pineapple and bacon.
Chopped spring onion
Put the spring onions in a bowl.
Add some cream cheese to the bowl. Mix them well.
Spread the mixture over the bagel. Set it aside for a minute.
Oil the bacon and pineapple.
Medium heat the pan. Add bacon to the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add pineapple to the pan. Cook them for 1 more minute. Turn off the heat.
Put cooked pineapple on to the bagel.
Place cooked bacon over the pineapple.
Toast them in the oven.
Serve the toasted bagel with roasted vegetables and pesto-cream cheese-spring onion mixture.
