Cinnamon-Raisin Bagels

Ingredients
  Non fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Plain non-fat yogurt 4 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat bagels 4
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon, firmly packed
Directions

1.Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and process until very smooth.
2.Combine smooth cottage cheese with yogurt, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
3.Split bagels in half and toast.
4.Spread cottage cheese mixture on toasted bagel halves.
