Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

Bake your own bagels at home. Add some raisins for making them more delicious.
Ingredients
  Yeast 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Warm water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix all above ingredients in a blender.

Remove the dough from machine and roll it in the form of snake. press it to form a doughnut shape.

Bring a pot of water to boil and place the bagels in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Remove the bagels and place on a ligtly greased baking tray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
