Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nor sauce 1 Dash
  Egg 1 , hard cooked and chopped
  Minced lean cooked ham 1 Tablespoon
  Diced pimiento 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bagel 1 , split and toasted
Directions

MAKING
1) In the container of an electric blender or food processor, combine togethre the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, prepared mustard and sauce. Process till smooth.
2) Add the egg, ham and pimiento and stir well.
3) Onto each bagel half, spread about 3 tablespoons of the mixure.

SERVING
4) Place the bagel halves on a serving plate and serve at room temperature. These make a delectable and healthy breakfast dish.
