Bacon And Mushroom Scramble

The bacon and mushroom scramble is a fried bacon and mushroom preparation that can be served as a side in a meal. Made with bacon slices, eggs and mushrooms cooked together and seasoned with salt and pepper, the bacon and mushroom scramble is flavorful and savory.
  Bacon slices 3
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Cooking oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

Fry the bacon in 1 ounce of butter and the oil until crisp.
Remove from the pan, chop into small pieces and keep warm.
Slice the mushrooms and fry them for a few minutes, then transfer them to the bacon dish.
Melt the remaining butter in a thick bottomed saucepan without browning.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them in to the saucepan.
Stir continuously with a wooden spoon over medium heat, allowing the eggs to cook without sticking to the bottom or sides of the pan.
