Bacon And Mushroom Scramble
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cooking oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Fry the bacon in 1 ounce of butter and the oil until crisp.
Remove from the pan, chop into small pieces and keep warm.
Slice the mushrooms and fry them for a few minutes, then transfer them to the bacon dish.
Melt the remaining butter in a thick bottomed saucepan without browning.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them in to the saucepan.
Stir continuously with a wooden spoon over medium heat, allowing the eggs to cook without sticking to the bottom or sides of the pan.
