Savory Bacon Muffins is a delicious and filling muffin! I prepared these muffin for my girls on their first pajama party at home and the kids loved it! Try this wonderful Savory Bacon Muffins recipe!
1 Cup (16 tbs)
60 Gram, melted
1 Large, beaten
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Remove rind from bacon, place bacon in a large frypan and cook over moderately high heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain, then crumble the rashers. In a large bowl combine milk, melted butter, beaten egg and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into egg mixture and stir the batter until it is just combined (the batter should be lumpy). Fold the bacon into the batter and spoon into 12 buttered 1/3cup muffin tins, filling them two-thirds full. Bake in a preheated hot oven 200C (400F) for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden.
