Spinach Bacon Salad Bowl
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), quartered|
|French dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Spinach||1 Pound, washed (Crisp And Young)|
Add garlic to French dressing.
Fry bacon until crispjdrain.
Tear spinach into pieces in a large salad bowl; refrigerate.
Chop eggs; crumble bacon.
Sprinkle over spinach when ready to serve.
Remove garlic from dressing; pour over spinach.
May be garnished with slices of hard cooked eggs
