Cheesy Bacon & Eggs
|Sliced swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
Line CORELLEÂ® plate with paper towel
Lay bacon strip(s) on paper and top with a second layer of toweling.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Line CORNING WAREÂ® Casser-ette entree dish with cheese.
Crack 1 or 2 eggs and carefully center over cheese.
Sprinkle wine and spices over eggs.
Cover dish with glass cover and micro wave 1 1/2 minutes for one egg or 2 minutes for two eggs.
Remove from oven and when whites are set, top with crumbled bacon.
Serve with toasted English muffin.
For one fried egg, preheat empty 6 1/2-inch Menuette browner 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
For larger quantities, preheat empty 10-inch browner 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Add butter and place egg(s) on hot cooking surface.
Micro wave 30 to 40 seconds per egg.
Flip during last 10 seconds, if desired.
Eggs Florentine For each serving, thaw half a package of frozen spinach, drain and squeeze spinach well.
Place in Grab-Itâ„¢ bowl.
Add 2 tbsp.sour cream, a dash of nutmeg, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Mix all ingredients.
Make a well in the center of the mixture and crack egg into well.
Prick yolk cover and microwave 3 minutes on Medium (50%) power.
Allow to set one minute.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
