Microwave Mustard-Glazed Peameal Bacon

Ingredients
  Apple cider 50 Milliliter (0.25 Cup)
  Pea meal 500 Gram (1 Pound)
  Packed brown sugar 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
  Dijon mustard 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
  Ginger 1 Pinch
Directions

In 9-inch (23 cm) microwaveable pie plate, pour apple cider over bacon; cover and microwave at Medium (50%) for 9 minutes, turning bacon over and rotating dish halfway through.
Combine sugar, mustard and ginger; brush over bacon.
Microwave, uncovered, at Medium (50%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until bacon is heated through and glazed.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
