Bacon Artichoke Bake
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canadian bacon||2 Ounce|
|Swiss cheese||3 Ounce|
|Frozen artichoke hearts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large bowl beat together milk and eggs; add cheese and stir to combine.
Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375Â°F.
In small skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute briefly (do not brown).
Add bacon and continue sauteing until onion is soft; add artichokes and cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with pepper and add to milk mixture, stirring to combine; transfer mixture to sprayed casserole and bake until eggs are set, 35 to 40 minutes.
