Bacon-Mushroom Bouchees

Ingredients
  Diced raw bacon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Saute 1/4 cup diced raw bacon until crisp.
Remove with slotted spoon.
Drain bacon on paper towel.
In remaining fat saute 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped mushrooms 2-3 minutes.
Stir in 1 table spoon each chopped parsley and lemon juice, 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
Add bacon.
Mound on 48 (1 1/2-inch) toast rounds or use to fill 48 tiny puff pastry shells.
Keep hot until serving time.
