Turkey Bacon Logs

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bacon slices 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, green onion, salt, and pepper.
Mix until blended.
Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each in a 2-inch-long log.
Wrap each log with one slice bacon, securing end with a toothpick.
Place on a rack in a broilerpan.
Bake in a 425° oven until bacon is brown and crisp (about 40 minutes).
