Turkey Bacon Logs
|Ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||1⁄2 Pound|
In a bowl combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, green onion, salt, and pepper.
Mix until blended.
Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each in a 2-inch-long log.
Wrap each log with one slice bacon, securing end with a toothpick.
Place on a rack in a broilerpan.
Bake in a 425Â° oven until bacon is brown and crisp (about 40 minutes).
