Liver With Bacon And Onions

Ingredients
  Calf's liver 2 Pound, cut 1 inch thick
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Grilled onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bacon slices 6
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine the first 4 ingredeints and refrigerate for 3 hours
2. In a skillet, saute the onions for 15 minutes, till browned
4. In a grill, place the bacon and also top it with each slice of liver

SERVING
5. Serve with salads or a sauce of your choice
