Ingredients
  Chicken livers 3 Pound
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic granules 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Ground pork 2 Pound
  Ground veal 1 Pound
  Parsley flakes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 4 Large, beaten
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Capers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced bacon 3 Pound
  Bay leaves 12
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees

MAKING
2)Take a pan, and saute the liver in half the butter.
3)Add one tablespoon garlic granules
4)Once the liver is cooked thoroughly,cool and chop.
5)Now saute the onions in remaining butter and 1 tablespoon garlic granules
6)Take a bowl, mix the liver,sauteed onions,pork,veal,parsley,poultry seasoning,brandy,eggs,salt,pepper and capers.
7)Mix it well.
8)Take three loaf pans with bacon,ensure the strips hang on sides so they can be folded.
9)Arrange 3-4 bay leaves in each pan
10)Now place the pans in shallow baking dish,and fill with 1 inch hot water.
11)Cover this with foil and bake for one hour
12)Once done,remove foil and cook for additional 15 minutes
13)Let it cool, wrapped in foil.

SERVING
14)Slice and serve
