Bacon Snacks

Ingredients
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon 2 Ounce
  Cocktail picks 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Separate the rind from rashers of bacon.
2. Combine the rashers with prepared mustard, roll them and skewer them.
3. Bake or grill until bacon fat becomes clear.

SERVING
4. Serve the bacon snacks hot on cocktail picks.
