Bacon Veggie Bagel
|Bacon slices||3 , crisply cooked and crumbled|
|Low fat monterey jack cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)|
|Shredded carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snow peas/Green giant select frozen sugar snap peas , chopped||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From 16 Ounce Package)|
|Cauliflower||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Tomato||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped (1 Small One)|
|Sunflower seeds||2 Tablespoon, shelled (If Desired)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced bagel||3 Large|
1) Take a medium bowl and combine all the ingredients together except the bagels. Mix well and spread 1/2 cup vegetable mixture one each bagel half.
2) Place the bagels with vegetable mixture on ungreased cookie sheets or in a broiler pan and broil 4-6 inches away from heat for about 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts and vegetables turn hot.
3) Serve the Bacon Veggie Bagels warm.
