Bacon Veggie Bagel

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3 , crisply cooked and crumbled
  Low fat monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snow peas/Green giant select frozen sugar snap peas , chopped 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From 16 Ounce Package)
  Cauliflower 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Tomato 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped (1 Small One)
  Sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon, shelled (If Desired)
  Dried dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced bagel 3 Large
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a medium bowl and combine all the ingredients together except the bagels. Mix well and spread 1/2 cup vegetable mixture one each bagel half.
2) Place the bagels with vegetable mixture on ungreased cookie sheets or in a broiler pan and broil 4-6 inches away from heat for about 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts and vegetables turn hot.

SERVING
3) Serve the Bacon Veggie Bagels warm.
