Cauliflower And Bacon Crisp

Ingredients
  Potato crisps 19 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Cauliflower 1
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Streaky bacon 8 Ounce (250 Grams)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Cheese sauce mix 4 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint (250 Milliliter)
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, grated (50 Grams)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the cauliflower into sprigs and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2) Heat the grill.
3) Crumble the crisps.

MAKING
4) In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the bacon and onion for 4 minutes.
5) Prepare the sauce and add the cooked bacon and onion.
6) Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and cover with cheese and crumbled crisps.
7) Place under a hot grill to brown.

SERVING
8) Serve the cauliflower and bacon crisps as side dish.
