Bacon Olive Cracker Melts
|Process cheese spread||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Chopped pimento stuffed green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||3 , crisp cooked, crumbled|
|Red cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Melba toast rounds/Crackers||24|
|Olive slices||1 Tablespoon (To Garnish, If Desired)|
1 In a 1-quart bowl, Place cheese spread.
2 Microwave at 10% (LOW) for 1 minute or until soft.
3 Stir in olives, bacon and cayenne.
4 Place Melba toast or crackers in a circle on a round 12-inch microwave platter.
5 Spread about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture on each cracker.
6 Garnish each cracker with an olive slice, if desired.
7 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 45 to 60 seconds or until cheese melts.
8 Give plate a half turn after 30 seconds.
9 Serve hot.
