Fried Liver And Bacon
|Calf liver||8 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Seasoned flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Lard/Dripping||1 Ounce (For Frying)|
1. Roll the liver slices in seasoned flour.
2. Take a frying pan and heat the fat Fry the liver slices on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on every side.
3. Alongside, grill trimmed bacon rashers for about a minute on both sides.
4. Remove the liver from the pan and add the bacons on the top.
5. Serve the hot dish with onion rings and sautéed potatoes.
